Monday - Chicken Tortellini with Pesto Sauce
Tuesday - Crunchy Taco Hamburger Helper
Wednesday - Egg Salad Sandwiches (just like the rest of the world is eating)
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Shepherd's Pie (cause I hear there's some sort of big British wedding or something)
Saturday - Ham Steaks with Rice & Asparagus
And now, the obligatory egg photos. This was Charlotte's first year doing the dyeing herself. She really loved it and was a big fan of double dipping, hence the rainbow of colors you'll see. It was a beautiful afternoon on Saturday, so we decided to do everything outside, followed by a few hours of yard work. Needless to say, Chuckles konked out on the couch from sheer exhaustion. And I got to make desserts for Sunday's celebration. Love that!

P.S. I have a giveaway planned for Thursday, so be sure to check back then to get all the details.
Those eggs look awesome! My favorite is the one that is pinkish purple and blue. Great job Charlotte!
ReplyDeleteBTW, I kind of like your meal plans. They give me different ideas to add to my own boring list of meals. ;-) The Chicken Tortellini with Pesto Sauce sounds interesting. You'll have to update about how that one tasted. :-)
Love those pics. I can't wait until Pie is old enough. This year she would have just tried to eat them :)
