Bathing Beauty

Many of you know that Charlotte has had some sleeping issues as of late. Luckily we've worked our way back to how things were prior to this post. That plan failed miserably and she ended up scared of her crib. Poor thing!

Needless to say, we're happy to lose sleep if it means she's not fearful of it. We're still working to get her into a comfortable sleep pattern -- one that hopefully doesn't involve multiple awakenings at wee hours, at least not for the long-term.

One of our plans to get her in a sleeping groove is to calm her sometimes crazy evening moods with a bath. She doesn't get one every night. Actually she doesn't get them most nights (Christine gives her one during the day). She only gets one when she's especially wound up, which she was the other night when these photos were taken.

It probably defeats the purpose when I get her all excited again by taking pics, but I couldn't help it. She's just too cute!! I mean, seriously... check out that adorably round face!!

And who can resist a baby in a robe?!? With a hood!?!

Just thought I'd share the full awesomeness that is my bathing beauty.

Such a little cutie. Especially in that robe.

Hope you figure out something that works for you with the whole sleeping thing. For us, starting a bedtime routine worked... and not letting him nap past a certain time and putting him to sleep at basically the same time every night. But that's just what worked for us. I'm sure you'll figure out something soon. :-)
