Wednesday - Minestrone soup
Thursday - Beef quesadillas
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - Muffin tin omelettes
And now onto the good stuff... today's festivities! What are your plans for Halloween? We attended our church's Harvest Party this past Wednesday and had plans to head to the Trunk or Treat at my brother's church, but it got postponed due to weather to tonight and we won't be able to make it. Tonight we'll be partying at my house with friends - passing out candy, playing rock band, partaking in a dessert buffet. You know, the usual. What about you? If nothing else, at least enjoy this video that's been making the rounds. Love it so much!!
