Girly Girl

Charlotte has become quite the girly girl lately. She cares about how her hair is done, what clothes she wears, and what accessories she has to choose from. More than ever before she wants to wear dresses. She even picked one out the last time we stopped by Target. I won't mention how much it saddens me that it was from the little girls' section. Sure, it was an extra small, and it's a little big, but it still wasn't toddler size. I'm devastated, I tell you.

And I can't get over how grown she looks in these photo, taken at her request so that she could show off her new dress, stick-on earrings and sparkly nails:

Thank goodness she's not too grown up yet, as evidenced by the finger in the nose shot. :)

I'm devastated too...when did my sweet grandbaby become so grown-up?!!
Love these photos...especially the last one. I want that one in a frame.

She is such a cutie. I know I say that a lot, but it's true! Gotta love the request for pictures. The dress looks really good on her and I agree, the last pic is frame-worthy.
