Did you watch the Super Bowl yesterday? My little family of three watched the game at home, while playing with Legos (a daily occurrence around these parts) and doing laundry. Glamorous, I know. Staying home to watch the game gave me a little time to plan this week's menu. Here goes:
Monday - Muffin Tin Eggs
Tuesday - Veggie Pizza
Wednesday - Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf
Thursday - Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread
Friday - Moroccan Shish Kebabs
Saturday - Cast Iron-Seared Bison
Quite the impressive menu for most of the week, huh? I obviously won't be the one cooking it (I'm pretty sure bison is outside of my wheelhouse), but I'll share more about that next week. For now, it's a secret. :)
