It seems that every week we accomplish 5 out of our 6 planned meals, but things start to go wonky towards the end of the week. Ah well, I guess that just makes the following week easier since I know I already have the supplies for one meal ready to go. So, here's the plan this week:
Monday - Unstuffed Cabbage (skipped this last week)
Tuesday - Pesto Penne with Chicken
Wednesday - Baked Potatoes & Salad
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - ??? (we're going out, so we'll grab something nearby)
Saturday - Cranberry Maple Pork Chops
My prediction... the pork chops will get skipped. We'll see.
