I trust everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend. The weather was gorgeous, so we spent Sunday afternoon having brunch at my parents and then took the girls (Charlotte and Penelope) to the park to play for a few hours. I'll have photos of that (plus C's trip to the park on Saturday) in a few days. For now, I've just got the meal plan for the week:
Monday - Baked Potatoes and Salad
Tuesday - Noodles & Co (C and I have haircuts and will have dinner out together before)
Wednesday - Little Caesar's Pizza (the NHL playoffs = LC pizza around our house)
Thursday - Egg Salad Sandwiches (who isn't eating these?!)
Friday - Kielbasa and Cabbage
Saturday - Chicken Bruschetta Skillet
