Walt's a Frenchie

Did you know that Walt Disney's last name is actually a changed version of Walt's family's original name? Turns out Walt has French ancestry that later moved on to England; the d'Isigny family settled in a small village with William the Conqueror in 1066. The village is now known as Norton Disney, and is located south of the city of Lincoln, in the county of Lincolnshire. A little disappointing, but I figure he's redeemed himself given that he's the founder of the Happiest Place on Earth.

Did you know that the Eiffel Tower in Epcot is approximately 1/10th the height of the actual Tower in Paris, France, and was constructed using Gustave Eiffel's original blueprints.

Hmmmmm.....well did you?
