Ok, this is seriously some of the most hilarious stuff I have ever seen. This guy has been in quarantine for 100+ days in a hospital in Sydney, Australia after contracting drug-resistant tuberculosis. He's used his time to create some fully awesome videos (and music). Treat yourself to my favorite:
