This weekend was a blur. I'm really not sure why as we weren't all that busy. On Saturday morning my mom and I went to an estate sale and a garage sale. I spent $17 and got two crewel pillows, two vintage floral pillowcases, four yellow footed bowls, a huge bag of old Christmas lights, a pair of tap shoes (for Charlotte), a pair of cleats (for Charlotte), a pair of butterfly wings (you guessed it, for Charlotte) and a puzzle (yet again, for Charlotte). Fun, fun! We spent the rest of Saturday running errands and playing with wooden letters(more on this later in the week).
On Sunday I helped Mandy teach Sunday School before heading to my parents' for a late lunch. We planned to take the kids swimming, but a crazy downpour thwarted that plan. Maybe next weekend! Charlotte was worn out after visiting with her cousins and went to bed at about 7:30pm. So I spent the evening tidying up the house, organizing Mark's ties (it was just as exciting as it sounds) and reading blogs. A low key weekend for sure! This week is shaping up to be pretty low key too, here's the meal plan:
Monday - Beef Tacos
Tuesday - Chicken Caesar Salad
Wednesday - Ham & Sweet Potato Hash
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Meatball Subs
Saturday - Tuna Salad Sandwiches
I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes, but thought the recipe I linked to above looked really good. We'll see how it goes and if Charlotte is willing to eat it. So, how was your weekend?

My weekend was alot like yours, : )
I'm interested in hearing how the Ham & Sweet Potato Hash turns out and I can't wait to see the letters!
My weekend was a blur too. Sounds like you picked up some really great stuff and your menu sounds good. Chicken Caesar salad is something we should try to make too, one night.
