Last week I predicted that I'd follow through with most of my meal plan, but would skip the pork chops planned for the end of the week. I was totally wrong! I skipped far more than the pork chops and only ate two of our planned meals (neither of which happened on the planned day). Oops. Hopefully this week fares better.
Monday - Baked Potatoes & Salad
Tuesday - Italian Sausage Spaghetti
Wednesday - Beef Quesadillas
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Pesto Pizza
Saturday - Brats & Cabbage
I like corned beef and cabbage, which would be far more appropriate for St Patty's Day on Saturday, but I'm incapable of cooking it. I can saute some cabbage and have been longing for brats, so brats and cabbage it is. :)
